About
Fifteen years operating at the intersection of luxury hospitality, project governance, and financial leadership — across fourteen properties in Italy and Europe for Belmond (LVMH), Rocco Forte, and LVMH-aligned developments.
I govern the full lifecycle: from investment appraisal and capex planning through design governance, contractor management, and pre-opening delivery. Built on a foundation of corporate banking (BPER) and aerospace financial controlling (Airbus), with LVMH-standard P&L oversight across the portfolio.
The work: holding the standard between ownership ambition, financial discipline, and what actually gets built. Based in Florence. Working globally.
